What’s Included

When you retain McMurter & Associates to complete your new home purchase:

  • We will review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale with you
  • We include all fees; disbursements; and include a title insurance policy
  • We will conduct a title search; ensure there are no liens on the property and review the documents prepared by the vendors lawyer.
  • We arrange for the purchase of a title insurance policy to protect against hidden defects in title, identity theft and fraud

*For purchase of one (1) mortgage, up to $500,000.00. Price includes the cost of title and mortgage registration.

What’s Not Included:

The Land Transfer Tax must be collected and remitted to the Province of Ontario. First time buyers may be entitled to a reduction of up to $2,000. For additional information or to calculate your Land Transfer Tax amount, visit mcmurter.com

Selling Your Current Home?

If you have an existing home to sell in order to purchase, McMurter & Associates will happily manage your closing. Closing costs inclusive of all legal fees and disbursements for a sale with one mortgage to be discharged: $899+HST
