SPECIAL PRICING FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS

     While it was quite some time ago, I was once a first time home buyer.  I was not a lawyer then and I have two distinct memories of the experience.  The first was that I could not get a firm price from my lawyer at the time.  When I became a lawyer I decided that I would do it differently so I now set out my fees on this website so there will be no surprises.  The second was that I remember that every dollar was important. 

     With this in mind, I will reduce my fees to first time buyers of resale homes by $100.00 from that shown on the web page that relates to your transaction.  Unfortunately, Premier McGuinty does not share my ideas so the disbursements cannot be reduced.

    Since they represent monies that I simply take from you to give to someone else, I am sure you will understand. 

     Since I also believe that every homeowner should have a will, to encourage new homeowners to have these important documents prepared at the same time, I will reduce the fees for the wills and powers of attorney by 25% from that set out on the wills and powers of attorney section of this site.
