Nick joined McMurter & Associates as an associate in 2017 and became a partner in 2025. His practice areas include both Real Estate Law and Wills and Estate Planning. With this focus, Nick helps clients through some of life’s most significant milestones, whether they’re buying and selling a home, or planning for the future of their loved ones.

In his real estate practice, Nick has extensive experience in all components of residential real estate transactions. Nick drafts agreements for private real estate transactions, acts for both lenders and borrowers on re-financing matters, reviews pre-construction contracts with builders, and secures title insurance for home buyers.

For wills and estates, Nick advises clients on planning ahead for both themselves and future generations through the creation of wills and powers of attorney. Nick also works closely with estate trustees to help navigate through the complexities of the estate administration process.
Nick believes that legal services should be straightforward, transparent, and stress-free. His exceptional work ethic and emphasis on customer service instill trust and confidence in his clients.
